Mit seiner multidisziplinären und archivbasierten Praxis stellt Karol Radziszewski die gängigen historischen Narrative und ihre vorherrschenden Darstellungsweisen in Frage. Er greift dabei eine Vielzahl politischer, sozialer, religiös-kultureller und kunsthistorischer Referenzen auf und untersucht deren Beziehung zur Sexualgeschichte und zur Konstruktion von Geschlecht.
Seit 2005 ist Radziszewski Herausgeber und Chefredakteur von DIK Fagazine. 2015 gründete er das Queer Archives Institute.
