Established by Séamus Kealy in 2017, the Sunset Kino is the only outdoor cinema in Austria to screen contemporary avantgarde film and video. This year, the Sunset Kino is a key part of the overall exhibition project 20 Propositions. Including guest curators, this programme presents distinct contemporary voices through intertwined programmes (Earthy Mutations) by Italian curator Vanina Saracino, as well as single curated screenings by Salzburger Kunstverein Director Séamus Kealy and German artist Erika Hock (who originally designed the pavilion which houses Sunset Kino).
